The waiting list is almost up

I've been waiting since March, I've finally got my appointment to speak to a physchiatrist in just a couple weeks time. Part of me feels like I've improved so much since the episode that triggered everything I'm not sure what I'll talk about.

hi glad your wait is almost over.just go and tell them what brought you to them and how you've been coping since.

Make a list of your concerns and take that to your first appointment.

You mention you are feeling that much better, if you consider all is now under control and you have moved on, talk to your GP and He will assess if the appointment is still needed.

However if the problem still persists, you need to take medical and mental health advise your GP can do that

Good Luck
