I think ill write a daily post about my mental health for every passing day from today.Today was eventful and i read so many posts on this website and i feel myself being relived of something.Cant quite put a finger on what this thing is

I love this idea. I did something similar a few years ago. Not daily but regularly. I took the inspiration from a book called three beautiful things.

Not about my mental healt more of an antidote. Looking for the positives in a day.
