If you feel your mood and illness has hit the basement, try in your mind to clear it out, life will look better and you will be able to climb the steps without falling down. It is the clutter of mental illness that causes people to trip up and loose their confidence
Remember the only way is up to get back in the sunlight

Very true Bob. Trying so hard to climb back up and not keep slipping down.
And in a basement there is only one way out...upward. You are worthy, you are enough . Telling yourself this everyday will have good results. Believe it...
It's so true. We fall, we have to climb back up. It's hard to climb up. You may only get up a few steps at a time. But, that's a few more steps closer to the top.
