Feel like I'm drifting away from family members and close friends. Everyone around me kinda understands what I'm going through tho they keep getting like angry and frustrated with me.
I find it really hard to deal with difficult situations which really effects my mood, and this is something my therapist is helping me with.
This is really difficult question to put out there but how can I keep my friends? It's almost like the depression wants me to have no friends as it would be another reason not to go out
Thanks

hi chatting through email txt or phone will help before you actually meet up.planning it in your head makes it a little easier so when you meet up its to overpowering.friends who understand will never pressure you they will look out for you and hopefully play a part in you enjoying meet ups.
Hi to be honest I would keep quiet about your issues or only talk about them in a more limited general sense. It doesn't sound like they understand if they are getting angry and frustrated with you! Instead of saying you find it difficult to do things coz of your depression make other excuses like you are too tired or busy etc. It's none of their business after all unless you choose to make it theirs. x
You haven't got to justify yourself to anyone - only yourself. x
talk with ur friends.. if they r true friends they will understand what u r going through and be there for ya.Actually today..Im feeling like I want everyone to go away ..as per my depression n not feeling well is trying to drag me into a bad space and isolation.Dont let it happen to you.Dont let the depression win.Im on here today trying to help myself out of the dark hole Im in.. and BRAVO to you for trying to help urself too. Depression sucks..but don't let it take ya down, u got tons of friends here who get what u r going through, so if ur other friends don't get it.. we do and we are here for ya.
