Hi I have depression and anxiety I got no confidence in my self I put on lots of weight due to comfort eating

Hi nice to meet you. Yes I do the same and am currently around 3/4 stone overweight. You say very little so it's hard to know what to say to you so perhaps you could give us more details? Are you depression? Are you getting any medical help etc.? x

Welcome to our supportive community. I think you will find that you are not alone in your experience with weight gain and MH conditions. It is easy to comfort eat when life is feeling awful. Also, some medications cause weight gain, which doesn't help. Hopefully you will find folks are very willing to come along side and support you. Hi there dont worry about ur weight ur feeling comfortable so u eat more it happens frequant but keep ur chin up and focus what 2019 gives u 🙂
