Hey everyone , this is my first post. I have schizoaffective disorder and I’m really struggling at the minute with a few aspects of the disorder. My head is pretty jumbled and I’m dissociative towards life in general . Depression has hit and I feel stuck . Anybody offer some coping skills that help them in similar situations ?

Hello Nat and welcome to this community. We are sorry for your troubles and the struggles you are experiencing at the moment. This is a very caring and supportive community and I am sure that some of our members will respond soon. However in the mean time you might like to look around your screen at the 'topics' and 'pinned posts'.

There is a lot of helpful info in them.

Good luck to you and keep letting us know how you are doing.

Best wishes,

MAS Nurse.

Nat, Welcome

Consider what helps you relax, consider MINDFULNESS Relaxation Technique that may work, also try Breathing Techniques, that may also help to move you on to a better place
