I really could use some help, but I just can't trust no one. I don't know how much more of this I can handle. I made an appointment with a therapist next week. I tried to confide in some one and they put my info on the internet. SMH...

Hello DownNOut

Thank you for your message. I am so sorry that you feel as if your trust has been broken, this is not nice for you. Have you talked with the person that broke your confidence? You have done the right thing to arrange to see your therapist.

Our members may be able to offer their experience and more insight .

The topics and pinned posts might help.

Best wishes

No, I hate her and wish she dies.

Sorry you have been outed by chatter, this is a problem with telling friends or sometimes family. MAS above has suggested various things you can try, on site, look in Pinned Posts, that might help

Glad you have made an appointment to see a Therapist, however you do not mention talking to your GP as well.

Do you live in the States ? or UK?.

Mental Health can be a sad time of the year, if you need to vent we are here to help over Christmas and New Year.

If you can address your problems and concerns you will be in a better place to move on.

Have you made arrangements for your Christmas and New Year or is this season part of your concerns ?

I'm in the US. Christmas was extremely difficult for me. I don't have plans for New Year's. I really messed up. I have to do something.

Hello

What happened how did you mess up ?

Sometimes we all do the same and it can be a problem to gain confidence to move on when we have made errors or messed up.

Christmas is a time for forgiveness, a Season of goodwill where people can rectify social problems, looking forward to a new start with understanding and acceptance of who we are and what we wish to become in 2019.

Is there any way you can rectify your error and move on.
