Getting it off my chest......

Last year I had a part time job that, even though it wasn't my ideal job, I did get some satisfaction out of it and surprised myself at what I was capable of. Then the depression seeped into my head slowly but surely and the person I worked with helped it along by being intimidating and moody. It certainly made things worse over time to,the point where I needed time off, therapy and I think I was perhaps being bullied. My manager didn't really believe me and to cut a long story short, I couldn't stand it any longer and left.

It was a great relief to leave but now I'm out of work, confidence is zero, and i am angry about it all. So it's not helping the way I'm feeling!

Hi kenster thankyou for your reply. It's soooo annoying isn't it when the boss doesn't do anything! (Probably was glad that I left!) yes, I think it a good idea to try a bit of volunteering.......help build some confidence.

All the best.....
