A quick reminder to those struggling with a tough period of anxiety

I have recently come out of a 2 month period of extreme anxiety and I just want everyone who's struggling with this to know that it will pass. Lots of times I caught myself thinking I was going to feel like this for the rest of my life and that added to the panic. So just remember it will pass and you aren't alone

Hello Alex

Well done seems like you are managing fine at this time.

Remember MINDFULNESS will help you relax if you feel your anxiety is returning

No, I know it helps for some people but I believe that anxiety has be confronted and dealt with within yourself and I believe that drugs are a distraction from that. Mindfulness can help to keep you present but for me just actually confronting what was making me anxious at that moment then working through it really helps. I hope this helps you and good luck!
