Hey

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with tardive dyskinesia?

I developed it a few months back when I was taking clopixol. It was happening to my jaw, I switched medication and it stopped but now I have this thing with my tongue it feels unusual like I can’t stop moving it

Is this TD or nothing?

Hi Shanini and thank you for your post. Tardive Dyskinesia [TD] causes your face and /or body to make sudden, jerky or slow twisting movements which you can't control. We are unable to provide a diagnosis on this forum, but please make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as you can. That might be what I have, but I’ve always assumed it’s Tourette’s or just bad tics. I’ve had them since I was a kid!
