I wish I could put into words exactly how I’m feeling, the thoughts going round my head. When someone asks me why I’m even with my ex I wish I could explain the feeling I get when I think of being without him again, but no matter how hard I try I can’t get these feelings out. I feel like I’m being suffocated and the only way I can get rid of these feelings is by telling myself one day soon I’ll be dead. I cannot cope anymore. There is too much going on inside of me and there’s nothing I can do

There seems to be a lot going on. It seems like so many things you need to sort out. Thinking there is nothing you can do, there is. One first step is posting here. There are many people who can help in different ways on here and in life.

It maybe overwhelming but even writing somthing down can clear the jumble, even if you feel you are writing nonsense it can help. It also helps others to help you with a little more understanding of how they can help.

It may even help to speak to some one on the phone (the thought of this may be scarier than it actually is) Telephone 116 123 - Samaritans 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Regards and best wishes, Mat.

Hi Scarsbeneathourbeautiful, as AppsFun has posted, there does seem to be a lot going on and you have taken a positive step by posting on here. AppsFun has included the contact details of The Samaritans whom you can call if you are living in the UK and are feeling distressed. They provide a listening ear. Also, if you live outside of the UK and are feeling distressed, please have a look at the crisis support helplines in the pinned post section of the screen. Many people find that writing down how they are feeling can help them see their thoughts and feelings more clearly, so please continue to do this if it helps. It may be a good idea for you to talk to your GP about how you are feeling--do take what you have written down to the appointment as this may help. Please stay on this caring forum where you will receive help and support from other members. Are any members able to help Scarsbeneathyourbeautiful, please?

Thank you and best wishes.
