Need to speak to my boss about my depression how do I go about it ? How do you go about explain depression/ what your going through

Have you got a line from your doctor that can back it up?

Be honest

You need to consider if it would be advisable or not. It all depends on you your GP or Therapist. If they suggest it is advisable go ahead

Understand however what sort of responsive you may receive, If not already take advice from those Health Professionals who know your case. Also do you need time from work if you May need therapy (CBT).

How do you relate to your condition, are you taking medications ?

Understand you do not need to explain your problem, just the bones of an explanation.
