Just Breathe

Strength grows in the moments when you think you can’t go on but you keep going anyways. No matter how much it hurts now, someday you will look back and realize your struggles changed your life for the better.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying “I will try again tomorrow.” I will breathe. I will think of solutions, I will not let my worry control me. I will not let my stress level break me. I will simply breathe, and it will be okay. Because I don’t quit.

Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t. Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome.

The comeback is always stronger than the setback. You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it. Grow through what you go through. Forget the mistake. Remember the lesson. Just Breathe.
