Where do I start I feel so lonely all the time even when I can be out with friends I feel like I might as well not be there. I’m always the one people text when they need something and once I’m not needed anymore they don’t bother with me. I don’t want to leave the house but I have to for my kids . I’m constantly in tears I’m never happy . Just had enough.

Thank you for your message . No I haven’t seen a doctor . My doctors aren’t very good it takes three weeks to get apointment and then they just like handing out tablets.
I can’t explain how I feel I find myself avoiding people just so I don’t have to talk to them. I’m always the one checking on people to see if their ok but never get it bank in return. My friends say your having a down day! Your get over it Which annoys me I don’t get over it and I’m always down it’s just sometimes I can hide it better than others. I should be happy I have two beautiful children and a great husband . I gave up work to have my kids but now they are both at school I keep putting off finding a job . I’ve lost all confidence and just feel I’m not good for anything. I’m just boring and have nothing to say . I feel everyone would be better off without me.
Your hormones could be declining and you may find help with BHRT which is plant-derived and safe hormone-balancing. You could be estrogen-dominant. It may be hormonal depression. Find a compounding pharmacy and contact them. Also, make sure you aren’t deficient in vitamins d, b8, b6 and b12. Magnesium can help anxiety. Take Vitex to help balance your hormones as well. There are estrogens in our food and cleaning agents and plastics. Builds up in the system, liver can’t metabolize, recycles back through the body. This isn’t only a mental crisis, it’s a physical health crisis which must be tackled with a good functional medicine doctor, who can address all the hormonal actions at play. Thyroid issues are so common and look exactly like depression. Adrenals can be depleted with chronic stress and that can be helped too with BHRT and good nutrition. Hormones affect everything. Somers “Ageless” is a good book to learn more from.
