Welcome. So good to have you here. What have you been struggling with exactly, if you don’t mind my asking.
I have struggled now for a number of years with depression sometimes it's worse than others it's affected my whole life from my job to my finances & my family sometimes it's been very hard for me
I struggle too and it’s affected my whole life as well. There is an upside, maybe a few. Creativity, empathy, resilience. Find the upside and use those strengths and gifts. Stay on the ride. Become the alchemist and transform the pain into beauty. Not always easy but worth the fight. When the pendulum swings in one direction, it also swings back equally in the other. It’s our challenge to find the diamonds in this deep dark cave.
