I was about a week clean, was proud of myself. Messed up tonight and did it again. I’m so annoyed at myself... I’m never going to be able to stop.

It's done now. Just start again tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up about it but do seek out appropriate support to help you manage your emotions. Sorry you're feeling like this xxxx

Hello there, these things happen, but don't beat yourself up about it! I agree with Stilltrying, put it behind you, tomorrow is another day, and go and get professional medical help. I put a '**Trigger warning** edit to your post to warn other folks who may be vulnerable to avoid your post, which is helpful to do to respect where everyone is at.:-)

We want you know that you are not alone in your suffering, and that there will no doubt be folks here who will have experienced the same feelings and coping mechanisms as yourself. Secondly, you will not be judged for what you share or for the actions you've taken to cope.

There is always hope friend. Do you see a therapist? It sounds like you may need some help with coping strategies. Do you like listening to upbeat music or writing poetry? For me writing poetry is a way to get my feelings out in a healthy way. There's is a sense of relieve once I get them out. I'll be thinking of you.
