Hiya guys I am not good at intros as I am sure the rest of you aren't... I have suffered with depression, anxiety and PTSD 'professionally diagnosed' in 2017, but I have been struggling for quite a while, it was about a rough time in my past and I don't want to keep letting it bug me, I have tried CBT and I'm on medication but I don't feel they really help! any tips/tricks?

Hi! I’m a newbie too (from yesterday!).
I’ve tried different things to help some which help a little. Mindfulness is one possibility & sometimes I find going for a long walk helps me to put things in a little more perspective in my mind.
As I’ve found out already from this site there are a lot of very nice people out there going through similar scenarios & I’m sure they will also have some good suggestions. I would say consider all options & don’t be afraid to try, what works for one might not work for the next.
