I’m tired I’m just gonna be brief, I wish I had the energy to excercise and eat healthy because it looks like those are the only ways left to rid of these terrible moods of pmdd!! It makes me feel so bad about myself, low self esteem, not feeling I’m good enough or mentally able to work a full time job, and not thinking I will ever keep a relationship.

Good morning SunnyClouds and welcome to this very caring and supportive community.
We hear what you are saying and are sorry you feel so low at the moment. Yes, eating healthy and exercising does help because they help to produce the 'feel good factor'. In other words they produce endorphins which help to lighten the mood and help you feel good about yourself (very basically). However maybe you need a little help from a Health Professional to kick start that off. Have you spoken to your GP about the way you feel and also why you feel like that? Is there a reason, traumatic event that makes you feel like this?
How about making an appointment with your Doctor, take a friend with you, talk to them about it too. Don't feel like this on your own. We are here for you, You are not alone.

Hi MAS Nurse, sorry just getting back, this is actually Where_is_normal, and Sunnyclouds was my old name. Im just having a hard time posting on the new one. I guess i’ll have to combine both names. Anyhow yes i have both a therapist and Psych doc. I was actually feeling better but back on a low day. I will post about it. Thanks for checking up on me.
