I was planning to go for a trip to dubai but I am totally confused about going or not as i am in 10 th . But i have totally messed up things by first saying yes then no and again i feel lik saying yes . I don’t know what to do pls help

It is a weird place to be when you have to decide something in advance, but you change your mind like a 1000 times and regret every decision you make along the way. You don't want to say yes, because you overthink what it's going to be like, then you say no and instantly feel guilty about letting people down, robbing yourself of an experience....and if you say no, you can't change your mind...if you say yes you obsess about everything. I know the feeling. I find that you need to soundboard this with someone who know you well. Also the people you are going with, do they know of your anxieties? If you feel really anxious about going and don't know how to cope PLUS the people you are going with have no idea and wouldn't know how to support you....then best not. You do not want to have a full on panic attack in a foreign country surrounded by people who cannot support you. However, if your gang is aware that you really want to go but have fears and are prepared for any eventualities, then go. Just be honest with them and have a plan B for if you should feel anxiety mounting up. If you go out to party, make sure you always have the hotel business card on you, should you need to get back to get away in a taxi. Have everyone's phone numbers ready.
