I'm 16, have had severe depression and anxiety for around a year, I'm having rapid mood swings on top. Could these mood swings possibly be normal puberty on top of depressionew?

I wouldn't want to guess and that's what I would be doing. Go to your Doctor and find out for sure then you can receive treatment. That will be the way to get your health back. You don't want to spend these years going through this hell when you could be having wonderful experiences finding out who you are and who you want to be. Pam
