Whenever I’m having an rough day, I realized that singing and dancing always managed to make everything better. (even through I’m no way near a singer but I admit I’m an amazing dancer...in my mind lol)

If your looking for a song to remind you amazing you are, Katy Perry’s ‘firework’ always managed to brighten my day! The message always give me that hope that I need to get through these rough days. WE ARE ALL FIREWORKS!! YOU ARE ORIGINAL BABY

So if those thoughts of doubts, worries any forms of negativity comes along, preventing you from achieving what you want through the day, take a few mins and do something you love. Go outside, listen to your favourite song, dance, go for a walk/run any form of activity that takes your mind off of the negativity will help. You deserve always that special time to yourself. Imagine putting the world on pause for a second , catching upon the moments in realizing that when you take time to yourself, suddenly you feel that you can do anything afterwards. You are refresh. Relaxed and ready to get back to what you were doing with an positive mindset. Remember, negative discouraging thoughts will arise but know that the power or your words can change the situation that you are in. —- “don’t use your words to describe the situation, use your words to CHANGE the situation”. remind yourself out loud that “this is only temporary” “I will accomplish what I want in end despite of this difficulty” .. avoid saying to yourself “there’s no way out” “I meant as well give up” the words we use has an impact upon the situation that we are in. Yes, the battle(s) we are facing is difficulty, seeming like there is no escape, but remember that all will come to pass. This long, bumper road will lead to that beautiful destination. Keep dreaming big. Dream so unrealistically that it seems impossible, because honey that dream will come to reality. Better things are out ahead. remain in faith. keep that strength and hope that lays within you, because the battles being faced will come to pass and you will be at peace and enjoying the life that you deserve. You are strong enough in dealing with every battle that may come. Believe in yourself that you will get through because I believe that you will. X
