Xanax experiences?

I was perscribed 0.25 mg of Alazopram/Xanax and I've taken it before bed for sleep. I was told to take it during the work day when I have random outburst of uncontrollable crying due to my anxiety. I don't think the 0.25mg is strong enough for me, it didn't make me feel any better. How are you suppose to feel when it's "working"?

Unfortunately I do not have any experience of this med. Is it an anti depressant ?

It is something to help with anxiety I think it slows the nervous system down!

I see. I find essential oils to be of great comfort and some are very relaxing. Have you thought of trying them ?

I had .25 as well and they did nothing. A 0.5 to a 1 MG worked much better for me. But it also made me more tired, and I started taking Klonopin. These don’t make me near as tired.
