So far this weekend has been nothing but tension and aggravation on the mind itself. Kick starting with negative thoughts followed by several internet messages from someone who I’m not to found to talk to and who can’t understand leave me alone I don’t want to talk to you. This person and I have a history and he’s made some attacks on me online and I’ve blocked him before however he has himself so obsessed that he makes more accounts. It’s one of the factors that brings my anxiety into play. The scary thing is that he doesn’t stop after you tell him to leave you alone. I used to know how to handle it but now I’m not so sure
