This is my first post. I am going to try to keep it short and simple on who I am. If anyone is reading this, hello. I am a teenage girl, I have brown hair, hazel eyes, and annoying skin. I joined this website for the reason, I have not been feeling good or doing good at all. I can't talk with or go to anyone. I cry about daily, I end up harming myself, I often think of suicide, and that is me currently. My world is dark and distorted right now. With everything going on with me, if you, whoever you are still reading this, I love to help, and listen to people about their issues or something they want to rant about. Feel free to talk to me, whoever you are.

I'm new
Hi, teenage girl. Hang in there, the older you get, the easier it gets. I'm so glad I am done with school and college, never going back or looking back!
Hi ilikemusic, wishing you a very warm welcome to our caring and understanding community members and welcome to the forum, where you have had some replies to your message. I do need to ask you how old you are, you say you are a teenager but we need to know your age . The rules of Health Unlocked and the Shaw Mind Foundation are very strict about age and you must be 16 to become a member of the forum, so please let us know, thank you very much. I am very sorry that you are feeling very low with difficulties in your life and having such difficult thoughts. I think it is very important that you should make an urgent appointment to see you GP to be properly assessed. I know you say you can't talk to anyone, but it would help if you could ask someone you know to go along with you to your appointment. You sound very lonely and sad and I can only hope that in time with support that you can begin to feel better and brighter in yourself, so that in time you can begin to plan your future and what things you might like to do. Please try and start to talk to someone about your low feelings and thoughts, so that you are not carrying all this alone. You will also receive lots of very helpful support on here, as everyone here has their own journey and helpful strategies on how to cope and make things better for yourself. So I am asking our members as long as our teenager is 16 or over, to come along to help her through this difficult time in her life, and this will be very much appreciated. If you are in need of support and someone to talk to, please have a look at the following telephone numbers and organisations........
