Could I please ask from people who suffer from bipolar type 1 and type 2 how long your highs and lows last? And how you personally would explain your situation in it? E.g at what age where you diagnosed?

Thanks Andy.

So your highs and lows can last a few months? So do you ever have highs and lows throughout one week or usually for months?
