Where now?

Hi I'm Bob,i've been worried some time now about my general self being, i went to one of those sites where you can take a test and it rates your bi polarness? i know these aren't very exact but anyhow i was way up the scale, my biggest concern is the anger/violence/suicide side of things as i often think Christ wouldn't it be easier just to be dead. BUT i have a partner , children . friends who i just couldn't do it to.

Any suggestions? thanks

@bob1954, I have similar feelings but think many of these tests are perhaps just a bit of fun.

Thank you for sharing and good luck

Have you ever tried counselling? I know a lot of people are put off by it but different things work for different people. You could try a session and see how it goes as they can support you or offer further advice if you are not happy with their service.

Best of luck xx
