Amitrypiline & clozapine

Does anybody take amitrypiline & clozapine? I find a strange side effect in my speech as its slurred & I stutter & cant get my words out.

Hi, Sorry I don't but I had strange side effects when I was taking Fluoxetine so I went back to my doctor and spoke to him. We got my tablets changed to something more suitable for me.

I would suggest that you speak to who ever prescribed your medication.

I have experienced what you are describing though when I first got ill. It is not nice and I am glad that I don't experience that now.

I was the same on amitrypiline. It did not suit me at all. I started pulling strange faces Wallace & Gromit style. I couldn't function right on these.
