Just wanted to let you all know that I had contacted the HealthUnlocked Admins about that post and I have heard from them. They have contacted the user of that post.

Hopefully the poster is now getting the help they need.

Please remember to take care of yourselves as well. We do worry about each other, but we have to remember that we have to look after ourselves as a priority because it is so easy to focus on other people and forget about keeping ourselves healthy and safe.

Please look after yourselves and keep working on your personal programs and plans.

I am so sorry to hear that. I hope you are doing okay now and that you are taking extra care of yourself right now.

I find it tough at certain times as well and it does make it harder when things remind us.

Hopefully the poster has got all the messages sent and is now getting help. Hopefully they will get in touch as well to let us know everything is okay.
