I have not stopped crying tonight finding it really hard tonight after tough morning but I'm glad I did it its going tough go throw this myself I haven't told my family yet just to hard for me at moment

Mate stay strong you are better than this don't cry because then whatever makes you sad has won and you need to be able to take control and win before you can take control of your feelings 🙂

Take things at your own pace. It is a very painful and scary time for you. But we are here to listen and support you in any way we can as you begin to talk about the abuse you suffered as a child.
