Anger management

Hi. I can't seem to find a community regarding Anger or Anger Management. I saw a couple posts about Anger under this community. Is this where we can get information on controlling anger or does anyone know if their us a community on Anger itself? Thanks!

Okay, thank you. I'm not angry all the time, I'm more irritated a lot. With four kids, a husband, three pets, on disability, and at home all the time, yes it makes me quite annoyed and irritable real quick. But, thanks for the info.

Yes, I have anxiety with panic attacks, depression, bipolar, chronic pain with no answer yet. Thanks I'll check those out. I get emails from a website owned from a married couple who help with relationships. I just got on that, so I need to explore it more.

Well, I think here we just admit that we have felt anger at some point in our lives. Some of us help each other by giving tips on dealing with it ,others are glad of being able to admit we feel or have felt that emotion. If you feel it yourself then that is quite normal so yes, don't be ashamed is first thing ,give yourself time to get over what is bothering you. Put a pillow in corner of the room and run at it and kick it hard and swear as much as you like about just what is bothering you ,sometimes helps. Get physical and just beat up an inanimate thing like pillow will make you laugh in the end. You feel better at least after doing that ! Just don't physical,y harm yourself or anyone else!
