Hi everyone I am 63 and really struggling at moment I ve been very up and down my whole life but now I cant seem to get my self out of this void anyway that's my story at the mo thanks

Hello Sapphire, if you've made 63 its extremely unlikely you won't yet again emerge triumphant ,if a liitle more bruised from the current void. Sometimes we've been through so many downs you wonder if this time will I ever emerge but we always do. I'm 73 and I've emerged from maybe 20-25 spells of depression yet even now I wonder and doubt if I'll ever emerge in one piece again. Yet I always do and I'm sure the same will be true for you.

Just a case of the usual mixture of pain and patience for me and I wish you less of the pain and more of the patience.

hi sapphire. lovely name. welcome to the forum. im 66 and struggle at times with illness and depression which i seem to have had as long as i can remember. im sure that you will feel up again. your among people who are the same and we all try to encourage and inspire each other if we can. im so glad that you have come along and dont suffer on your own, love grace xoxoxo
