Hi im helen 34 i suffere from panic attacks have depression and just finding it hard at mo looking for help in calming my panic attacks can have them for no reason and if i have them late at night like today i cant sleep at all

Hiya, sometimes it's hard to find something that works for you. After many years, I was prescribed beta blockers, which was the best solution for me, because it helps reduce my anxiety, but everyone is different. You have to be persistent - not easy sometimes but worth it. Take care,

I know just what your going through I'm the same. Try calm breathing techniques and progressive muscle relaxation. Also what helps me. Download a app called Headspace. My doctor recommended that 😊
