I've just been to get some more plants for the garden with my daughter. I got some Marigolds, Petunias and some trailing lobelias.
I'll try to do a hanging basket this afternoon, it takes me ages but I get there in the end. My hands are so swollen today but it won't stop me.

Hi maisiemoo where has the sunshine gone i live in the West Midlands and it's quite nippy. I have a greenhouse but my husband does all the work in there with me telling him what to do haha. I can't stand to long with pain but I love to see the baskets all planted. You take care xx
Hi Cloggs, its raining off and on here and chilly with a biting north wind. I live in North Wales near the coast which is about half an hour away.
I don't have a greenhouse as there isn't the space for one but I'm thinking about get a mini one . I love my garden but it takes me ages doing anything but I manage.
I don't know what's worse the Emphysema or the scoliosis ,
My bleeding heart plant has come out lovely, I thought I lost it last yrs when we had the bad snow but its come back double the size.
I did a hanging basket the other day with trailing fushias, I put some flower power in toget the plant to bloom bigger and better. Fingers crossed it will look lovely when it blooms.
Hi Hannah, ( lovely name as my daughter is called Hannah), I love Lavender as well, I've 3 different types in the garden, they come back more bushy every yr.
I also love Lavender candles as the smell goes through the house.
I've still got loads of dandelions but I'll get rid of them, bit by bit. They say 'do little but often' which is what I'm trying to do.
I'm sure it will Massie we have to keep trying. I started of with a mini one and now I have a large one. It's difficult when you don't have the room each winter I keep saying we will get rid of it but when spring comes I forget my plans.you take care.xx can't send a smiley face I don't know how to. X
hi after an unexpected longer than usual dog walk-dog ran off on golf course after others and didn't respond to me calling him-caught up with housework -vacuuming and washing floors.then cut grass as garden waste bin is collected tomorrow, took dogs out for their pm walk(15 minutes)and now in agony.now its raining.no chocolate in the house and getting withdrawal symptoms.cant go out can barely walk knees so painful.need some pots to plant on veg seedlings nowhere in garden to plant them.
I bought some plant pots today as my fushias need repotting so hopefully I'll do that tomorrow. My hands are really swollen and my back is killing me. When my back is bad, it means that it is going to rain. I wish that I could walk my dogs with my daughter but my Emphysema is playing up at the moment. What kind of dogs have you got? We have a German Shepherd and Border Collie cross with a Labrador.
Hi Lucy yes it's bright here and quite windy. Not too warm yet.

Hi
I've only just seen the post because I've been busy moving my husband's office down from the second floor to the ground floor where he's going to share my study because the top stairs were becoming too much for him, so in order to make space I had to also carry dozens of my painting canvasses up to the second floor. Now I'm aching all over and have just had a shower then will collapse in front of the tv. Tomorrow I'm seeing the chiropractor about my joints (on the NHS!) then driving to Manchester to see a film and then to a private view at a gallery - another busy day! And today I've been invited by someone I met through the fibromyalgia local support group to join a reading group and she's also told me about a good gym so I'm going to join that - suddenly I'm going from nothing to do to almost too much! I won't complain...
I hope everyone else is ok. It's very quiet on here today.
