Hard to breath can't sleeep :( scarred

Tonight I'm laying on the floor lol because my chest is all weird and slow breathing but I'm so tired my stomach is flopping and turning jus want to sleep but I'm all anxiety because this feeling scarres me ...I know in my head it's jus anxiety and will go away just ..when xD arh tried to distract myself which usually works but this is too much any help?

Instead of lying there in discomfort you could get out of bed and sit on the sofa and put on some calming music. This will help promote calmness.
