Hey guys I was due to see crisis team today but they rung and said they have to do it antoher day because they have so many ppl to see but not enough staff to go round, so feeling a little let down

Really sorry to hear you've been let down . Tbh I've been let down by the entire mental health services in my area. Good luck! Sure hope you get the support you need xxx
