Im having one of those days where I feel depressed and like no one likes me. I feel so down on myself and hate the way I look. I hate expending energy into negative thoughts. Any advice?

I feel like that too. I was just telling myself that too that it's just one of those days... but that's ok. We just have to let it be
I am having an evening/early morning where it is a struggle .. It will pass I have to remind myself .. Have you any essential oils to smell ? These help sometimes I find to relax me.
Just don't have negative thoughts. Its a bit strange to explain but just do you xD. Honestly, you'd be much happier if you just don't bother caring about your negative thoughts. Its when you give so much awareness to them that they start to control you and really affect your life. If this is just some phrase that will disappear then yeah, Kainan_li is pretty much right in saying to 'let it be'
It is so easy to establish the domino effect to negativity. Reading your post I as a therapist would want to identify your thought process and see why you identify dislike to yourself and why people also dislike you. You have to learn why you think this way and challenge every negative thought. Concentrate on any of your good points even if this is only small, elaborate and work on doing more that makes you happy. Remember happiness comes from within. Have you seen a counsellor?.
Hi Katie, looking at some of your other posts, it is clear that you have had some experiences that are understandably life changing. I think there is need for you to make sense of these situations, my assumption would tell me that you feel many emotions, anger, guilt etc these need working through.
