Hi are Mirtapine Ok

Hi I'm new to site. I'm 44 and been feeling very low lately. I have been having counselling but have been told I can only have 6 sessions and this ends next week. The counsellor said I need long term counselling but waiting lists are long or in a pay privately. My Dr has given me Mirtapine does anyone have any experience of theses please

Yes it's one of the most effective antidepressants but is sedative so helps sleep and many find increased appetite and weight gain
