How old are you

You need to go to the doctors and explain how you are feeling I am a bit like I spend a lot of time in bed crying

Hi

I firstly want to say I'm sorry you feel so bad. Secondly we are here to listen and try to help.

How old are you?

Do you have any idea what is making you feel so sad?

Please don't give up, so many people are depressed and there's nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed abou. Yours be surprised at how many people you probably know and seem happy are probably struggling too!

Don't forget Drs are there to help you and know all about these things, they see awful things and hear terrible things too. They will not judge you, as who knows through the pressures of their jobs they too might have suffered. I know a dr who had a yr off through depression.

Please go and talk to your GP and see what they say.

We're here to listen and support you.

Don't give up, life can be good. 👍😊

We all need a helping hand sometimes.

Take care and best wishes.

If this has been going on for more than 2 weeks then a trip to the doctor is appropriate

Hi. I know how hard it must be right now, but see if you can get out of bed and do just one thing today. It could be anything: chores, videogames, going outside, enjoying a book, anything you feel you want or have to do. And jot them down right away because just seeing what you have done during the day will give you a sense of accomplishment. And then the next day, do two things. And so on. Be sure to cross them off as you go. Soon you'll get into the rhythm of doing things again while building your confidence back up. Stay positive and remind yourself of all the effort you put into each and every day and be proud of yourself.

Hope, i take it if your car was not running well you would n't be too embarassed to take it to a mechanic. Well your body and mind are n't running well so get yourself off to the body mechanic. Too embarassed to see a doctor !! I never heard of such a thing. What's embarassing about it ?

Hi Hope,

You need a take-away number and a prescription of anti-depression.

I should be more embarrassed because I brought my private crying in front of my supervisors. It is a good way to obtain attention. Now I feel good with these attentions.

So my point is why not think of a way to get their attention. Recommend you a movie <rain man>.

Warmest regards,

Elaine
