The difference a bit of encouragement can do.

So I got to the Doctor's and, after listening to my best friend, and the replies and advice I've had on here. I actually COMMUNICATED with him properly. And I actually TOLD him exactly how it is.

Now instead of leaving the surgery with more pills and back to square one. I have an emergency referral to the Mental Health Assessment Team!!! Not sure how long it'll take. And I'm still feeling as bad as ever right now.

But there's this something in the distance. Is that hope???? I don't even dare think it. But will keep you posted.

Thank you.

Oh that's such good news Dreamer well done. Just hang on in there and you should be seen shortly. Yes - the word is hope. Hold on to that. Let us know how you get on please. Bev xx

Yes. Congratulations. It's more than hope. It's the begining of results. And you're the one who did it! 👏 Take it a day, even an hour at a time. All the best. 💗

Blessings.
