Christmas Holiday?

I believe that Christmas can often be a bad time for anyone suffering depression or anxiety.

Some of us who try to help via this forum will have family commitments for a few days so responses might fewer than usual.

To anyone with problems over Christmas, just spoil yourself for a couple of days, hang in there , and we'll all be back to try and help in a couple of days,

Thats why you must spoil yourself. two days can seem forever when you have a problem but who minds being spoiled forever ?

Love to everybody Olderal
