Hi that is a great philosophy and one that I have lived by for many years. You only get one chance at it and no rehearsals. You don't have to get it right so long as you enjoy life. No point being here otherwise. x

Thats a great philosophy if you dont have mental illness,everyday can be a struggle to keep going

Yes it can be I agree, but there is a deeper meaning here. It is to take the help offered (inadequate though it is) and spend your energy not on internalising your illness but learning to deal with it. Most of us have some control over it, though not all I admit, and it is learning to understand and accept the illness and finding ways to have as good a life as possible despite your mental health problems. x
