Can someone help me?

I'm a 16 year old girl I have been depressed and sad for 4yrs now can I talk to someone who will help me I just want to talk to someone my age who can help me

Hi there are several people close to your own age on here so hopefully one of them will come in soon. The site has been a bit quiet at the moment and there seems to be more who need than who can reply.

You do need to talk to someone - haven't you got any family/friends who could help? Or how about a school counsellor? Maybe you need someone older with more experience of life to help rather than someone your own age.

Other than that there are quite a number of teen sites and some for depression. x
