Hello just to let you know that I did my 5hr shift yesterday and it went well did my job small steps one bye one shift was done and dusted had a phew episodes but I delt with them I'm proud off myself going to see my therapist today then 5hr shift again tomorrow figures crossed for that but I think that I am getting used to this positive thinking now so on that note I hope it spreads to you all positive thinking have a great day people
