I ve been back to work this week and managed ok, I was nervous but I'm glad I did it and didn't stay off any longer - thanks everyone for your support x

So happy for you..sometimes we all need a time out when our anxiety goes into overdrive.

However having endless time off is not the answer as you get feelings of non self worth.

Welcome back to the workforce and a sense of purpose again x

Well done Angel that's the way to go. You can have an extra 2 days off next week for being so brave :) A good thing about work is it keeps you too busy to brood overmuch, and I have found keeping your mind occupied often makes you feel a lot better. x
