Three positive things - I'm not waiting 'til Friday

It seems to be accepted by many in the well-being world that focusing on the positive has benefits.

I try to reflect on three positive things as i go to bed, reflect on the successes no matter how small.

We have had positive Fridays but i will be busy then.

I want to do some now. A mini Mardi Gras - Fat Tuesday.

1. I have done some work at my desk today trying the Pomodoro technique. It helps me focus

2. I have tidied up a bit which helps family relationships.

3. I am off out on my bike now.

Cheers

Dave

Sounds good David, well done.

My 3 positive things:

1) I have just had a nice lunchtime chat with people in a local fibromyalgia support group

2) I am slowly losing weight :)

3) I am smiling
