Feeling Drained

Feeling totally drained again today , forcing myself to do things . Very anxious about the future and what it holds and can i make the changes i need to make to make a better life for myself. Appointment in london on the 8th of july, very apprehensive about it. M.

hi micky its really rough when you feel like that have you been to you doctor about how your are coping lately if not it would be a good idea espicially as you have a appointment coming up ! something short term maybe what you need ! theres nothing wrong with feeling anxious its being able to cope with it if that makes sense ! please go to your gp and if you dont mind can you let me know how you get on take care david

Hi David thanks for your reply i did see a gp about 10 days ago he just didn't get it he was clueless, my usual gp is always fully booked at least he gave me another sick note on request , i'm pleased you suggested that though i will make an appointment to see my usual doctor asap . Thanks . M.

Hi Chris it's at the CNWL it's the only NHS clinic in England that deals with gambling problems , i am a compulsive gambler and have been for about 40 years . M.

I know how it is to have an addiction I had a substance addiction for a while but managed to kick it eventually. I do hope it all goes well for you and you get the help you need.

Thanks Chris i am fighting this all the way, i live in cumbria so it's going to be a long journey for the appointment but after that the treatment can be done online M.
