Getting over a relationship is not dissimilar to a bereavement. In fact in many ways they are the same. I've only been properly in love with one person and getting over it was terrible. I remember day after day of curling up in bed crying, wondering how life could possibly go on. Well it does, and has, so something must have happened! I think you need to focus your efforts on getting through the immediate few days. Eat a little, sleep and cry lots and try not to look too far ahead. I'm here quite a bit at the moment if you want to chat at any time x

Lucy give yourself lots of time, as

A death leaves a big hole in your life, or it

Did with mine. I'm around anyway. X

Hi Les I think you will feel like this for a while. There is no easy solution and time

Does heal, you will get stronger. Put your focus on your two Children as

They must be feeling g a bit stressed too.

Also I think you should try and talk to someone to help you through this.

You will get used to being on your own, and it's much better than being

In a relationship that's not working.

Spend as much time as you can with friends and loved ones!! Being with people and letting people be there for you is the most important in my experience. Just know that you will be ok :) and you will be happy again. It takes time. But its worth it <3 big love
