Dizziness short breath.

had a pain in left side chest three days back.Is it due to anxiety or some thing else.feeling very much tiered after having food also have numbness in left hand.

It could be nothing serious but would get checked by a GP as soon as possible to be on the safe side.

Yes will do that.Any on had these kind of symptoms when they are in anxiety or depression.

Hi yes I get this frequently especially when depressed. I had it checked and having a heart monitor placed on wrist for a 6 day period to double check as I get nasty pulpitations. I do have a leaky valve which they say is not serious. I try to relax and take deep breaths when these symptoms occur. I would get it checked out if I were u. Good luck. Jean

I always am tired after eating lunch and need to go to bed after-could be a thyroid symptom.is the numbness in your whole hand or just first 2 fingers an dthumb?

it will be in whole hand whole hand and some times little pain in upper part of hand

I would advise you to get your Vitamin b12 checked as it can cause depression,palpitations, chest pain ,pins & needles in hands,ringing ears,anxiety,& lots more.most drs don't recognise symptons.Youre level should be over 500.i was told 290 was normal. I have been ill for 12mths.My lifesaver was a book Could it be B12.

I collapsed in the middle of Sainsbury's, my chest started to crush me, and i couldn't breathe, i thought i was having a major heart attack, and so did the ambulance crew, my left side was very painful after ward. Anxiety and stress caught up with me and floored me, i'm still shocked by it all now.
