Self-help site

Thought I would post this site up, it has lots of resources and stuff on it, either free or not very expensive. I've linked straight to the downloads page as the navigation isn't very intuitive, or not to me anyway!

Absolutely brilliant Themys. Thank you so much for posting this link. There is absolutely loads of stuff on there available to download and it covers a number of different condtions including eating disorders. Particularly pleasing to me is they don't just deal with "mild" emotions; it also covers how to deal with crises and repetitive desperate thoughts. Gemmalouise x

Hi Hypercat.

For me, it would just be a case of copy and paste. May depend on whether you're on a phone or computer. I'm usually on a laptop and would copy and paste.

Does this help?

Hi Bev, not sure exactly what you are trying to do but I will try and explain.

To post a link you go onto the website you want to post the link for, highlight the address in the status bar which is that bit that comes up at the top eg. https/healthunlocked.com. You do this by left clicking, then right click copy, then open the message you want to paste it into and click paste. This should work. Until you open something to paste it on it won't paste, so this could be a message or a word document or something similar.

If you want to go to the link Themys posted just hover your mouse over the link; it will underline it. Then press down the "control" button on your computer (usually bottom left key) and left click the underlined link and it should take you straight to the site. It will open in another "window" so you may have to minimize the window you are on (press the minus button at the top) and then click onto the small box that you can see somewhere on the screen (yours may be different from mine) that will indicate there is something else which is open and it will open up that new window.

I hope this is helpful.
