Really good video for those just starting out on coping with depression. Those of us who still battle with it even after using these strategies need constant encouragement to keep going.

On this first day of 2014 I cant see any good coming out of the year ahead but we have to keep going for the sake of others around us.

I hope everybody on here finds the little motivation to keep getting out of bed and getting through each day. That small amount of motivation comes from these strategies in this video.
